With decades of experience across Sydney’s catering and hospitality scene, MarionJane is the creative force behind our menus. Her style is shaped by decades of simple cooking, elevated through flavour and inspired by seasonal produce, global influences, and a love of generous, beautifully prepared food.
Whether she’s crafting delicate canapés or building a full dinner party menu, Marion Jane puts authenticity first. Fresh ingredients, no shortcuts, and dishes that feel as good as they taste — that’s her signature.
Miles
Logistics guru and organiser
Every great event runs smoothly because of someone behind the scenes — and that’s Miles.
With decades of hands‑on experience, he’s the one who ensures everything arrives on time, is set up perfectly, and flows effortlessly from start to finish. From coordinating staff and equipment to keeping the energy relaxed and professional, Miles makes it happen.
